About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Advisory Sales Lead to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering partner advisory sales & services to our partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess a deep understanding of B2B sales operations and cloud technologies.

  • Manage Partner Advisory Sales operations and deliver Sales Targets (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually), Leading KPIs and client expectations
  • Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Build and Maintain Partner Relationships:
    Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communication.
    Understand our partners' unique business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor advisory services accordingly.
  • Identify and Recommend Sales Solutions:
    Conduct thorough analyses of our partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
    Develop and present customized solutions aligned with our partners' strategic goals, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Develop and Deliver Advisory Reports and Business Reviews:
    Prepare comprehensive advisory reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    Deliver engaging presentations to communicate complex concepts effectively to our partners.
  • Manage Advisory Projects:
    Develop and manage project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes.
    Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Professionals:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
