Front Desk Liaison Officer

Lanson Place is a leading provider of luxury accommodations and services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, responding to enquiries and requests, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their enquiries and requests.
- Assist in coordinating the provision of breakfast services, ensuring that they meet our high standards and are delivered on time.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and improve existing processes through collaboration with other team members.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.
