    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in the HVAC, Controls, Electronics, Building Management System (BMS), or Building Automation System (BAS) industry.
    • Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles, with a proven track record of success in these areas.
