Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Pintas Trading Sdn Bhd.

This role involves building and expanding our customer base through various channels, preparing and presenting sales quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

You will also manage and follow up on payment collections from assigned customers, process sales orders and generate invoices, coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain organized records of sales orders, deliveries, and inventory.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
