Pentavite Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a leading company seeking an experienced and motivated professional to drive business growth and manage key client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, particularly within the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
- Serving as the main point of contact between the company and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also essential. Preferably, the candidate should speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
