About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will support multiple operational responsibilities within our startup environment, working with multiple teams to gain exposure to different teams and valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in operational support duties.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure delivery deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards.
  • Improve productivity within the department by setting clear performance metrics and goals for the team.
  • Develop strategies to improve operations and create regular reports for senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration/Management or relevant work experience in Operations.
  • Good leadership skills and experience managing a team for at least 1 year.
  • Cost awareness and a good appreciation for operations and procedures.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to resolve operational issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential software tools.
