Senior Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Asia Vision Capital Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
About the RoleYou will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely information, updates, and solutions related to our REIT products. You will also identify and engage with new business opportunities and potential clients, conduct client presentations, meetings, and product pitches to showcase our REIT offerings and benefits.
You will develop and implement business development strategies to achieve individual and team business targets, and pitch and promote our REIT products to institutional investors, retail investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements- Professional Expertise: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in banking/wealth management business, private equity fund investment etc., business development experience in private equity funds, unit trusts, insurance agency, and/or other structured financial products such as unitised land parcels would be an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Investment, Business development, marketing, or client relations within the real estate or financial services industry, with a focus on REITs or equity funds.
- Skill and Competencies: Knowledge of REITs, real estate investment products, and equity fund markets, strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Personal Attributes: Client-focused and results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines, proactive, resourceful, and a team player.
