- Manage Incident Escalations: Monitor incident and problem queues, ensuring defined service levels are met, and minimize service downtime through proactive management.
- Lead Team Performance: Develop and provide incident, problem, and change management information and reports for the Delivery and Operations Leadership Team and the IT Director.
Desired Qualifications:
- ITIL foundation v4 certification.
- ITIL specialist v4 certification (incident, problem, and change).
