Main Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Understand the abrasives market to present the right products to customers.
- Customer Development: Build relationships with distributors and end-users to expand sales and grow market share.
- Territory Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in the assigned region of Malaysia.
- Distributor Management: Work closely with distributors to ensure product supply, service excellence, and timely payments.
- Sales & Operations: Provide quotations, negotiate deals, track competitor activity, and meet sales targets.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Collaborate with internal teams, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
