About This Role

At Straumann Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional medical devices to the dental industry. We are seeking a skilled Dental Industry Representative to promote and sell our products within assigned geographic areas to existing and new customers.

As a Dental Industry Representative, you will be responsible for driving selling results in assigned territories and/or accounts, identifying and capitalizing on business expansion opportunities. You will build genuine relationships with prospective customers, finding solutions that meet their needs and generate future sales and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Drive selling results in assigned territories and/or accounts.
  2. Business Development: Probe any business expansion opportunity and make it a reality.
  3. Customer Relationships: Identify, search, and contact prospective customers to build genuine relationships, find solutions they need, and that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  4. Market Intelligence: Provide customer feedback and market information on competitor activities to the sales leader and other appropriate contacts within the organization.
  5. Collaboration: Build and maintain effective working relationships across functions, such as marketing, customer services, logistics, to fulfill customers' demands.
  6. Additional Responsibilities: The sales specialist shall also be responsible for matters ancillary to these sales and marketing activities, as well as other matters assigned to them by the Company, acting reasonably.
  7. Adaptability: Undertake other duties as required.


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, with implant relevant experience being a high priority.
  2. Multinational companies working experience is preferred.
