Sales Professional with Chronic Disease Expertise

We are seeking a Sales Professional with Chronic Disease Expertise to join our team at Novo Nordisk Malaysia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in chronic diseases to drive business results and create value for diabetes patients.

Our Sales team in Novo Nordisk Malaysia consists of highly motivated professionals passionate about combating diabetes. They work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, educate customers about our products and disease areas, and help them make the best choices for their patients.
The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing them with detailed information about our products, devices, and indications. You will also collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) teams to optimize sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide customers with detailed information about our products, devices, and indications
- Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and CMR teams to optimize sales outcomes
- Participate in regional meetings, national conferences, and other professional engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Klang Valley general practitioner (GP) and/or aesthetic sector
- Familiarity with chronic diseases and non-insured therapeutic areas
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or an equivalent field
- Positive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with excellent networking skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia
