Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into workable design concepts.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of design and creative deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain documentation required on project requirements.
  • Propose suitable construction materials, color schemes, and materials needed for carpet and carpentry work.
  • Work closely with the team to create scope of work and define projects.
  • Analyze and inspect problematic areas on sites, being extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
  • Skillfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project's design agenda.
  • Prepare and issue specifications.
  • Manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines.
Requirements
  • Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The position requires creativity & artistic talent, good organizational, time management, and communication skills, and a committed individual who can translate their design experience and ideas in response to the challenges of this large-scale development.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in the Interior Design industry.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • A great team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision and effectively.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience required.
