About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and talented F&B Training Executive to join our team at Kenny Hills Hospitality Group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Training Department in developing strategies to achieve KPIs and goals, while addressing unique strengths and challenges of the Hospitality Training Department.
This includes enhancing product knowledge skill-set techniques, leadership courses, retraining, mentoring, coaching, train-the-trainer, and team building programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing training tools, manuals, and training programs that target tangible results in hospitality operations and customer service for all new team members and retraining for current team members.
- Assist in conducting training classes demonstrating proper work techniques and practical skills in work settings.
- Meticulously and objectively assess and track team members' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist to monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
