Our ideal candidate will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, supervise a team of maintenance technicians, and develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance activities: Oversee the work of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop maintenance programs: Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for plant equipment, including pumps, motors, compressors, boilers, and instrumentation.
  • Plan shutdowns and turnarounds: Coordinate with teams to plan and execute plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls.
  • Conduct root cause analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to improve equipment performance.
  • Monitor maintenance data: Track and analyze maintenance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage budget and resources: Oversee the maintenance budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.
  • Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, RCA, and FMEA.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS software.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
