Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a geographical sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store staff, area managers, regional managers, and dealer principals.
  • Conduct regular reviews with store/area/regional management to discuss store performance and agree on business plans to drive growth in future quarters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Possess 5+ years' experience in retail sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving sales performance.
