About This Role

This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization's workforce needs. The ideal candidate will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Identification – Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Hiring Process Management – Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks. Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience – Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talents. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Workforce Planning and Data Management – Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Use recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • At least 4 years' work experience in HR, preferably in recruitment for services sector and sales area.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the KL Sentral area, and onsite.
