About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote Sovereign's Capital among potential customers and establish meaningful relationships.
  • To engage with leads, converting them into loyal customers.
  • To provide comprehensive support to customers throughout their onboarding process.

Performance Indicators:

  • To gather feedback from new customers on their experience with Sovereign's Capital.
  • To meet or exceed sales targets individually and as part of the team.
  • To communicate customer needs and requests effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • To accelerate merchant growth, achieving terminal velocity as quickly as possible.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in SaaS, Banking, or digital products.
  • Proactive and resourceful individual with excellent lead-follow-up skills.
  • Action-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and pipeline management.
  • A self-starting, strong-willed, and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
