Revenue Growth Analyst

We're seeking a Revenue Growth Analyst to join our team at Rosie's People, Inc. In this role, you'll analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
You'll maintain an accurate and reliable sales pipeline, ensuring seamless tracking of deal stages, and develop and refine pipeline forecasting models to enable data-driven decision-making. You'll also provide insights into win/loss analysis, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and reliable sales pipeline, ensuring seamless tracking of deal stages.
- Develop and refine pipeline forecasting models to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights into win/loss analysis, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or partnership roles.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Proven experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or revenue operations.
