This Regional Sales Manager role will lead a team of 9-10 sales representatives to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration across departments, ensuring smooth sales processes, and driving long-term customer success.
Responsibilities- Sales Organization Development: Develop a best-in-class sales organization to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set targets.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
- Sales Growth Planning: Create specific sales growth plans for both short and long-term goals.
- Sales Rep Support: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to support sales reps' development and personal growth.
- KPI Establishment: Work closely with the VP to establish individual KPIs for designated products, enabling business development managers to exceed targets.
- Deal Execution: Support deal execution by working closely with sales reps and assisting with key opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, motivation, and a proven ability to leverage data-driven strategies to achieve sales objectives. This role requires a leader who can inspire and motivate the team while driving measurable results, utilizing insights from business intelligence tools to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
