We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in hospitality sales and have the ability to work independently while supporting the Director of Sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing revenue opportunities from Corporate, Government, Embassy, and other market segments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
- Continuously developing new markets and identifying growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar or junior sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- A confident and results-oriented personality.
