Main Areas of Focus

  • Lead the development of grower apps designed to boost farmer engagement through loyalty programs.
  • Oversee regional implementation of digital marketing tools, including CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with local business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital products.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on business needs and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a product roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles.
  • Experience in the Agchem industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and commercial teams.
