Company Overview:

We are seeking an IT Manager with Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise to join our team in Selangor. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.

  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps between existing and desired business processes.
  • Design and document efficient TO-BE business processes aligned with MS Dynamic application functionality.
  • Develop functional application configurations and enhancements to WMS, including user interfaces and reports.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with functional designs.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles.
  • Provide support during application, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in incident management and change request processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in WMS Developer roles, preferably with knowledge of MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of WMS modules, including distribution center configuration and implementation strategies.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Retail experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
