This role will be responsible for assisting the Head of Business Development to manage and supervise all functions of the Business Development Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum degree in Business Administration or Real Estate, or equivalent.
  • 12 to 15 years of working experience in Business Development, specializing in the Property Development industry.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and conducting feasibility studies to provide reliable analysis and recommendations.
  • Sourcing new land-bank through direct acquisition or joint ventures.
