Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential restaurant partners through market research, industry insights, and networking.
    • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and partnerships to generate leads.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to approach prospective restaurant partners.
    • Conduct presentations and pitches to present convincing business cases to demonstrate the clear value of our services.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of merchant agreements, including pricing, fees, and contractual terms.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective restaurant partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective restaurant partners, addressing inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales operations to ensure restaurant partners' satisfaction at the point of onboarding.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the partner acquisition process.
    • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.
