Senior Manager, SME Merchant Development

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all roles and functions of SME Development and Support Team
- Account and Project Management (SME merchant acquisition- chain and SME MAU campaign)
- Regional Development (SME merchant acquisition- mass market)
- Regional Support (Ground activities, MAU activation and merchant activation)
- RMU (SME merchant acquisition- roadshows and exhibitions, markets and universities and MAU campaign in the category)
- Training (SME merchant and agencies training)
- Field Support and Planning (KPI reporting and tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis, admin support to SME team)
- Yearly KPI and target planning and monthly monitoring on achievement with quarterly plan
- Build and plan MAU activities and SME merchant acquisition, retention and active strategy as aligned to company objective to increase coverage/ market share
- Identify, plan, review and improve key acquisition KPIs, area of success/ focus and metrics.
- Lead all stages of merchant conversion experience plan, review and improvement plan
- Lead the team in managing agencies performance (if any), roles and focus. Manage and sustain rapport with partners, agencies and agents.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
