We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Merchant Relationship Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new merchant partners to expand our business footprint.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to prevent attrition and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in merchant management, business development, or partnership.
  • Strong stakeholder and team player skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
