Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales from various channels within their assigned portfolio.

This role includes:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MERCHANTS TO ACQUIRE NEW ACCOUNTS AND PREVENT ATTRITION.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CFS AND MERCHANT TEAMS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • COLLABORATING WITH THE CARD USAGE TEAM ON MARKETING PROMOTIONS.
  • CONTRIBUTING TO THE BANK'S ONGOING PROJECT INITIATIVES FOR NEW BUSINESS CHANNELS OR SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS.
  • PARTICIPATING IN COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING MERCHANT HIGH-RISK REVIEWS AND SITE VISITS.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in account/client management, business development, or partnership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle middle to senior-level negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm and effectiveness as a team player.
