Merchant Portfolio Growth Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales from various channels within their assigned portfolio.
This role includes:
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MERCHANTS TO ACQUIRE NEW ACCOUNTS AND PREVENT ATTRITION.
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CFS AND MERCHANT TEAMS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
- COLLABORATING WITH THE CARD USAGE TEAM ON MARKETING PROMOTIONS.
- CONTRIBUTING TO THE BANK'S ONGOING PROJECT INITIATIVES FOR NEW BUSINESS CHANNELS OR SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS.
- PARTICIPATING IN COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING MERCHANT HIGH-RISK REVIEWS AND SITE VISITS.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in account/client management, business development, or partnership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle middle to senior-level negotiations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm and effectiveness as a team player.
