This role is responsible for managing the graphic design team in Offset Printing, preparing artwork for printing, and overseeing manufacturing processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing the artwork to print and checking the artwork before proceeding to print.
  • Coordinating and supervising the activities of process control technicians, machine operators, assemblers, and other manufacturing laborers.
  • Organizing and planning the daily work.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A relevant academic qualification such as SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Fluency in English; optional: Mandarin.
