This Account Growth Specialist role is designed for a sales professional who can drive account growth by meeting targets, nurturing client relationships, promoting products, conducting market research, managing inventory, and collaborating with teams. Key responsibilities include:

Account Growth Strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase product visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide feedback on product offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales management tools (e.g., CRM systems), MS Office, and possibly advanced analytics software.
