We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to sales team members to ensure sales success.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In enterprise sales, business development, account management, or pre-sales in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through effective communication.
