Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders processing.
  • Coordinate with factories in China and customers to ensure shipments meet target lead times.
  • Follow up on shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Support the company's administrative functions.
  • Liaise with counterparts in Singapore and China to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a related field (preferred), but fresh graduates are welcome.
