IT Support Specialist for Global Service Desk

Orsted Asia Pacific invites applications for a Technical Support Consultant to join its Global Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT and experience with Windows 10, MS AD, MFA, Azure, Office 365.
The selected candidate will be responsible for dispatching tickets, providing phone and chat support, and advising users on the daily use of our IT systems. They will also ensure that calls are recorded, solutions communicated, and tasks closed.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong customer-oriented mindset, a 'can-do' attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment. Prior experience in Citrix/VPN, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes is an advantage.
