We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Telecontinent. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience in technical support or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and have good attention to detail
