Customer Experience Representative

We're looking for a results-driven Retail Associate to join our team at Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and fixtures.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store promotions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
