Singtel Financial Shared Services (FSS) is seeking an experienced Office Manager - Credit Services to join our team in Malaysia. As an Office Manager - Credit Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and perform credit management activities.
This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to the teams, vendors, contractors, or visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and credit management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Accountancy, with minimum 2 years and above of administrative and credit management experience. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Suites including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with good knowledge in Excel skills (VLookUp, Pivot Table, etc.).
