Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Servicing Specialist to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As a Policy Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support in the processing of service requests and participating in system enhancements and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
  • Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and digital projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams.
  • Assist in preparing system/business requirements and business process reviews.
  • Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
  • Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders.
  • Provide operational supports including reporting, data analysis, and update working instructions/Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in the Insurance Industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Essential: PC literate and excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, good communication/inter-personal skills, computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
