Job Description
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Insurance Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our insurance operations across the region, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our insurance partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements, manage risk, and enhance customer experience initiatives
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)
- 5 years of experience in Insurance Products, Regulations, and Insurance Operations
- Preferably experience in claims-related roles
