About the Role:
- This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to manage diaries and schedules, handle correspondences and phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office filing systems, both physical and digital;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point);
- Ensure timely submission of reports from various departments or group companies;
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed;
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a degree or diploma in a related field or possess equivalent qualifications;
- At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative role is preferred;
- A good command of spoken and written English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with company secretarial matters;
- Some knowledge of accounting principles.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of RM50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus other benefits.
