Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve the brand competitive edge.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer service culture to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable dealership.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
