The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for promoting products, providing technical support, and conducting plant audits and supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for product promotion and sales growth.
  • Provide technical support for indoor and outdoor sales teams.
  • Conduct line inspections, plant audits, and supervise production processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues, and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist the division head as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
  • Must have result-oriented skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel and conduct site visits.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
