At PEOPLE PROFILERS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful incumbent will be accountable for generating profitable sales revenue and increasing operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can identify and source new clients and business prospects through market research and lead generation activities.
The ideal candidate will perform outreach to cold leads via calls and emails to build relationships and establish trust with potential customers.
Achieving sales targets is crucial in this role, and the successful candidate will work closely with the sales support team to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions, and preparing sales contracts requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Visiting and meeting prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit orders will be an essential part of this role.
The Sales Revenue Growth Specialist will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing costs and sales, quotations, and maintaining and creating new client accounts.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and after-sales support will require a deep understanding of the products and services offered by PEOPLE PROFILERS.
The ability to prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customers, as well as attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events, will be essential in this role.
This position requires close collaboration with supply chain management, sales support, and project engineer and order fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Maintaining close relationships with customers in assigned industries will be critical to driving repeat business and referrals.
