  4. Oversee Technical Aspects: Oversee the assessment and implementation of new technical aspects and technological development to drive business growth and adoption.
  5. Manage Project Financials: Manage project financials, including costs, risks, schedules, performance metrics, deliverables, issues, and escalations.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive the change and innovation agenda.
  7. Provide Technical Advice: Provide leadership and technical advice to business users, technical members, and stakeholders to ensure adoption of strategic digital and tech frameworks and standards.
  8. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that systems, processes, and policies conform to the company's principles and direction.
  9. Optimize Cost Components: Support the optimization of cost components.
Requirements
  1. Education: Possession of an IT degree or equivalent. An MBA would be an added advantage.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of technical and leadership experience with a proven track record in technology leadership functions.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of emerging technologies, including AWS Cloud Services, Laravel, Flutter, React, and Mysql, with hands-on experience in software product development and deployment.
  4. Cyber Security Knowledge: Knowledge in cyber security, cyber operations, security orchestration, governance, and consulting fields.
  5. Business Acumen: Excellent ability to transform business requirements and expectations into results using technology.
  6. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive team engagement in a tough and time-pressed environment.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus.
  8. Complex Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, make decisions, and overcome show-stoppers and difficulties in an ambiguous and complex environment.
