Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head - APAC PPE to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and enhance the brand presence in the PPE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the APAC PPE Marketing organization to implement MSA's corporate strategy and advance the core business in high potential markets.
  • Achieve APAC revenue and gross margin targets and market share growth goals for MSA's core products.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for EMEA Regions in alignment with the corporate strategy and aligned to MSA Global Product guidelines and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, CRM – especially Salesforce.com, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal (including influencing), and presentation skills (storytelling).
  • Experience in leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
