Job Description

This role will see you taking on a strategic trade marketing position, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives across MT and GT channels.

You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and promotional success.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing promotional programs that drive sales growth and enhance market share within the pet food category, as well as leveraging market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to optimize product assortment, pricing, and in-store positioning across various trade channels.

Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of in-store promotions, trade shows, and marketing events, ensuring maximum brand visibility and consumer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MT and GT channels, with proven success in managing trade marketing activities within these environments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing, with a strong background in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
