Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our CEO in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and exploring new market opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Business Growth - Support the CEO in developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and exploring partnerships.
  2. Improve Operational Processes - Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes, track company performance, and execute high-priority projects.
  3. Manage Projects - Oversee and drive key projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Assess Market Entry Strategies - Assist in scaling SummitNext's global operations, including assessing market entry strategies for new countries.
  5. Engage Stakeholders - Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and industry stakeholders.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution (preferred).
  • Professional Experience - 2-3 years in strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or project management.
  • Analytical Thinking - Ability to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and provide strategic insights.
  • Leadership - Strong ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence - Experience working in multiple markets is an advantage.
