- Prepare Proposals and Quotations: Create comprehensive proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIOT, MES, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Negotiate with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts and orders to secure business.
- Establish New Accounts: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Manage Sales: Oversee internal and external sales efforts to ensure maximum sales of our organization's products.
- Market Products: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions to local and overseas markets.
- Develop Sales Plans: Collaborate with the Sales Division Head to develop sales plans that meet growth and revenue goals.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Education: Possess a degree in Electronic and Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge and Experience: Have knowledge of process control instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, or telemetry, and 1-2 years of working experience in instruments/ automation.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and a third language is an added advantage.
- Business Skills: Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Personal Qualities: Willing to travel, able to work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
