Treatment Coordinator (Customer Service Executive)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dr Clear Aligners Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with customers in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in customer-facing roles
  • Possess a Diploma in a related field or equivalent
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective problem resolution and communication
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Perform administrative tasks, including billing and monthly reporting
