Merchant Onboarding Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Merchant Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in driving success for our merchants.
This involves guiding them through the onboarding process, from initial setup to post-implementation follow-ups, to ensure a smooth transition and maximum utilization of StoreHub's platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to drive long-term success.
- Provide ongoing support to merchants, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with Intercom and Salesforce for customer management.
- Fluency in Mandarin required for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers.
