We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Malaysia as a Medical Device Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
Serve as a key account manager for top-tier hospitals and healthcare organizations in Malaysia, developing strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Provide clinical education and support to customers, promoting embecta's products and services in the diabetes care therapeutic area.
Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of company assets to drive business results.
You Will Need:
5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of local healthcare markets and practices, with experience in the diabetes care therapeutic area preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Science, Biomedical, Business, or equivalent.
