Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Malaysia as a Medical Device Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.

  • Serve as a key account manager for top-tier hospitals and healthcare organizations in Malaysia, developing strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

  • Provide clinical education and support to customers, promoting embecta's products and services in the diabetes care therapeutic area.

  • Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of company assets to drive business results.

You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of local healthcare markets and practices, with experience in the diabetes care therapeutic area preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Science, Biomedical, Business, or equivalent.
