About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our dynamic sales team at WM SENIBONG. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on coaching and mentoring sales teams to improve their sales skills and performance, overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and sourcing new prospects and following up on existing ones to ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising the department team in liaising with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on all aspects of execution of SPA and loan documentation, as well as ensuring that all SPA, loan agreements, and related activities of the sales and credit administration process documentation are done correctly within timelines and filed properly for retrieval at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
